By accessing and using the services provided by Coast Home Services ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"), you ("Customer," "you," or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms").

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers of our home services.

Services Provided

Coast Home Services provides professional home maintenance services including:

• Gutter cleaning and repair services
• Tree trimming and pruning services
• Pressure washing services
• Debris removal and yard cleanup services
• Other related home maintenance services as agreed upon

Service Agreements

Scheduling and Access

• Services are scheduled by mutual agreement between the Company and Customer
• Customer must provide reasonable access to the property during scheduled service times
• Weather conditions may affect scheduling of outdoor services
• We reserve the right to reschedule services due to weather, safety concerns, or other circumstances beyond our control

Service Quality

• We strive to provide high-quality services meeting industry standards
• Customer satisfaction is important to us, and we will work to address any concerns
• Services are performed by trained and experienced professionals
• We maintain appropriate licensing and insurance as required by Mississippi state law

Payment Terms

• Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements are made
• We accept cash, check, and major credit cards
• For recurring services, payment may be arranged on a monthly or per-service basis
• Late payment fees may apply to overdue accounts
• Prices are subject to change with reasonable notice

Cancellation and Rescheduling

• Customers may cancel or reschedule services with at least 24 hours' notice
• Same-day cancellations may result in a cancellation fee
• For recurring services, customers may terminate the agreement with 7 days' written notice
• We reserve the right to terminate service agreements for non-payment or violation of these Terms

Liability and Insurance

Our Coverage

• Coast Home Services maintains general liability insurance
• We are licensed and bonded as required by Mississippi state law
• Our insurance covers damages caused by our negligence during service provision

Limitations

• Our liability is limited to the cost of the specific service provided
• We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions or damage not caused by our services
• Customer must report any issues or damages within 48 hours of service completion
• We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages

Property Access and Safety

• Customer must ensure safe access to areas requiring service
• Customer should secure or remove valuable items from service areas
• Customer must disclose any known hazards or special conditions
• We reserve the right to refuse service if safety conditions are inadequate
• Customer assumes responsibility for pets during service visits

Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Coast Home Services or our licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission.

Mississippi State Law Compliance

• These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Mississippi
• Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Harrison County, Mississippi
• We maintain all required state and local business licenses
• Services comply with Mississippi consumer protection laws
• Lien rights are reserved as provided under Mississippi state law

Service Warranty

• We guarantee that services will be performed in a workmanlike manner
• If you are not satisfied with our service, we will work to make it right
• Warranty does not cover issues arising from customer modifications or neglect
• Environmental factors (weather, natural wear) are not covered under warranty

Indemnification

Customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Coast Home Services from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from Customer's breach of these Terms, misuse of our services, or any third-party claims related to Customer's property or actions.

Modification of Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on our website with a new "Last Updated" date.

Continued use of our services after changes constitute acceptance of the modified Terms.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
