How long does an organization session take?
A single closet or small space typically takes 2-4 hours. A full room might take 4-6 hours. Whole-home projects are usually done over multiple sessions. We'll give you a time estimate after discussing your specific needs.
Do I need to be home during the organization?
For the initial session, yes—we need your input on what to keep and how you use the space. For follow-up sessions, you can choose to be present or let us work independently based on the plan we've created together.
What happens to items I don't want to keep?
We help sort items into keep, donate, sell, and discard piles. We can coordinate donation pickups with local charities, help list items for sale, and properly dispose of items that can't be donated.
Do you provide storage containers and products?
We can recommend and purchase organizing products on your behalf, or provide a shopping list for you to buy yourself. Product costs are separate from our service fees. We often find that you already have items that can be repurposed.
Can you help with hoarding situations?
Yes, we approach these situations with compassion and patience. We work at your pace and can coordinate with therapists or other professionals if needed. No judgment—just support to help you reclaim your space.
